As a matter of safety, good trail etiquette can eliminate many
skier concerns. The following is a list of etiquette and safety tips MBNA
promotes for trail users.
General Trail Etiquette
Be courteous!
Be aware of other skiers.
When approaching a slower skier with intent to pass, let them know you are
approaching.
Yield to skiers coming down hill.
Follow one way signs for the trails.
Race Day Etiquette
There will be signs notifying skiers of races. The race schedule is also
available on our
Racing Page.
When races are in progress make sure dogs are leashed or leave them at
home. This is for the safety of the racers as well as the dogs!
The course will be marked with flags or arrows. Please do not
disturb the markings.
